I were too greedy (or you can say, forgetful) when I went for breakfast in this food court last week.
I planned to eat fried noodle so I went to order a plate. Then I walked around ordering food from 2 other stalls for the children.
RM5 00 fried noodle
And I saw this kueh chap stall so I order a bowl for myself.
RM5.00 kueh chap
And when my kueh chap came, only then did I realise my blunder! Oh dear! Luckily hubby only had a ham sandwich so he could help me eat my food. Lol.
The fried noodle was well fried but slightly salty. Maybe it was the case as the stall operator did asked me whether I want to add "soy sauce" and I said "yes". Next time I would ask to omit the soy sauce and maybe the noodle would not be salty.
The kueh chap was nice too. The soup not too overwhelming but still fragrant and tasty.
For lunch, we have some lemang that we bought from the Malay house in Matang when we went to the wildlife centre.

Stacy, good think your hubby helped you eat the food. If not you have to pack it back. Yummy breakfast!
Looks like you had a great time, how nice! :)
You can always packed the fried noodle to eat later. Kueh chap, still can't find in KL.
What did you eat the lemang with?
I have lemang in my post today too!!!
Wahhhh!!!! Fried noodles RM5.00? So expensive leh?
Bought some mutton curry and chicken curry from a Malay stall and eat with lemang. No rendang so curries would do.
I tend to order more food too in food court.. Sometimes jalan to this stall, want this, jalan to that stall, want that, hehe..
Sometimes I also like that, mostly for dinner, feel like eating this n that, in the end have to tapau-ed back.
Sometimes i tend to be greedy too, walk around see foods i like and over order...
I think I know who's the owner of the lemang. They're lemang is very popular. Have to book early during raya.
