Recently our coffee shop opened at night as we have fried wok stall operating.
Er Gu literally means second aunt in Chinese. A lady in her 60s cooked all the dishes with the help of her son. Started from 5pm till around 11 pm, they enjoyed a steady business as just started last week.
Portion was pretty one of the fried menu including fried rice.

Good review of er gu stall means it will be a win win situation for you. Means it will be busy for you. All the best to you Rose! Not easy running a food business or operating a kopitiam. It's all hard work. Fighting!
That's great! I love kway teow :-)
Wow! This is good 👍😊 can make full use of your coffee shop. Do you need to be there too at night to operate your drinks service? If yes, must be so busy for you.
That's good! Now your customers can come at night for makan and more business for your kopitiam.
By the way, just curious about how a kopitiam operates, do the stall owners who rent a lot in your kopitiam lets you do a food testing and tasting before they even operate there to get your approval?
Ipoh has one Er gu niang and it sells steamed chicken with koay teow... good to know that the food in the evening is tasty and has wok hei too!
wow.. new stall, more busy for you too. Happy CNY.
