My man shared his breakfast photo earlier this week. He was having dumplings (wanton) in an old coffee shop in Sri Aman.
And wow, for RM5 per bowl, it sure was a big portion. Meaty dumplings. My man liked it but for me, I prefer the thinner skin more.

On another note, I like the bowl that they used to serve their customers. Nice and presentable.

This is one of those new designs in the Blue & White series. We see a lot of these at the Taiwanese beef noodles places around town. Very nice! I like the skin extra thin and translucent too, not thick and chewy and doughy.
Those wantons are really huge. Bet they are very yummy. Is sarawak laksa kinda curry?
Not really a curry dish.
It has its own distinctive taste. Contains spices . You can Google it.
Oh ya, the bowl is very pretty!
Both thick skins and thin skins dumplings I like. As long as they have tasty fillings. Yum 😋!
That is a lot of dumplings in the bowl. I too prefer the thinner skin. Yes, beautiful bowls.
