Weekend out & eat

Second Weekend Out @ Papillon was held on 20th and 21st May and this time, we had chance to drop by and checked it out.

They had food trucks to serve you other than some sale booths. Weather was very warm that Sunday when we were there.

Most booths selling clothing but this booth had cute and delectable cakes.

Not a very big event, so it wouldn't take long for us to browse around.

It was too warm to play the board games otherwise my kids would have jumped out and played them.

Giant airplane board

Giant snake & ladder

We bought some light snacks from one of the food trucks, Food Chow.  No, we did not eat there. Brought home to enjoy at the comfort of our home, which was few minutes away.

Cheesy fries with salted egg mustard (RM6)

Beef burger (RM10)

Pulled beef kompia (RM9)

It is very hot these days and I prefer to stay in. Thank goodness it is raining right now. I would enjoy the cheesy fries and salted egg mustard. Sounds delicious!

The Ramadan Bazaar has started but the weather is wayyyyyy too hot. I don't feel like going out at all, much less go and see what they are selling.

Nice! I'm not a big fan of warm weather either. More comfy to eat at home. The kompia looks so yummy.

We started with a cool morning but by midday, I was sweating profusely with the slightest movement!

Too bad the weather is too hot. Otherwise the kids can have lots of fun with those giant board games.

The cheesy fries with salted egg mustard look tasty.

It has been raining for the past few days in SG, so kind of cool down the weather a bit.
