Bought a nice 1.5kg fruit cake from a customer for the Christmas. Look at the mixed dried fruit and nuts!! Yummy! It also mixed with good quality brandy, so it tastes really rich. Not only he bakes 6 cakes for us (me and other colleagues) he also include recipe for us to try.
