Anxiety for news of missing girl

It has been a week since little Sharlinie (aged 5) missing from a playground near her house in Taman Dato Harun. No lead to her where about and publics have been urged to look out for her and suspected abductor(s). My prayer goes for little Sharlinie’s safety and return to her family.

Her news brought back memory of Nurin when she was missing last year. News of her stuffed body in a sport bag with evidence of sexual and physical abuses really broke my heart when I read her news. I as a parent, understand the anxiety her parents been through when she went missing, and agony and shock to discover her inhuman murder. Although she is no longer with us, her memory shall always remain in every Malaysian.

Please, I appeal to all Malaysians, please do not let your children play far away from your house, and if possible to be under a supervision of an adult. Our world is no longer safe for our children to play and socialize. Please take care of your children. Havent we learn something from Nurin’s case? Do not let it happen again.

Hello Rose,

You are right. The world is no longer safe and we have to be really careful. Be safe :D

It's very scary when you hear or read about incidents like missing children. Although I'm not a parent, but I can imagine how painful it is to loose a child.
