Baked sweet potatoes

Who could resist the super yummy baked sweet potatoes.  Now with my flip pan, I could easily bake a few of these sweet potatoes for breakfast, tea break or supper.  It tasted as great just like that as steamed or boiled.

I have been hunting for Japanese sweet potatoes, but I guess those sold in wet market are local planted.  That what the seller told me.  But they are as nice as those Japanese's cousin!

Ingredients:
6 medium sized sweet potatoes

Methods:
1. Scrub and clean the dirt of the sweet potatoes.  Pat dry with kitchen towel and arrange them in flip pan.
2. Cover the flip pan and cook over low heat for 20 minutes or more.  Flip every 5 minutes.
3. Poke with chopstick to check whether the sweet potatoes have cooked thoroughly.

I think the local sweet potatoes taste just as nice, I like it to be not too sweet as the Japanese sweet potatoes tend to be very sweet. When I eat this sweet potatoes, I don't need to eat rice.
