Another successful experiment with Chefel pan! Yay! Having claypot chicken rice but no claypot is used. Recipe is adapted from
Little Bakes and I really like it! Will definitely cook again. My rice is ready in just less than 20 minutes!! :)
My claypot chicken rice is done!!!
Drooling over the salted fish and tender chicken meat!!
Hubby and I fight over the rice crust!!!
To keep it warm, I keep the rice in my Saver Cooker!
