Are toys safe for your child?

It is the parents’ responsibility to buy a good and safe toys for their children. It is not enough by looking at the material or the age-appropriate warning on the package. When buying toys and to avoid accidents, we must also look the following aspects:

Check if there are loose parts
If your toddler can free a button, chances are he can easily pop it into its mouth.

Avoid toys with long straps, cords or strings
He may get tangled or caught that casing him to trip or worse

Safety measure for wheels
Do not let your toddler play wheeled toy near the stairs. Strap knee and elbow pads when they play skates or skateboards.

Lastly. Do not buy those cheap made-in-China toys for your children as to health hazard caused from the lead in the toys

Thank you for pointing it out. Yes, everything is from China. We heard a lot of bad news about China products right? Don’t take too much of processed/canned food from China.

If you read my post again, it stated there “cheap” made-in-China toys. Cheap here mean those sold at relatively low price. Those toys have no quality control and simply below par, they never pass any product regulations/laws. Their leads are relatively higher.

It is better to buy your children toys from respectful and trustworthy toys outlets, such as World of Cartoons and ToyRUs. Fisher Price toys are good. Cost more but they are safer. Yes, they may be made from China, but as they are trustworthy, they control their toys manufacture well and if there is any mistakes, they will recall their products from the market.

you are wrong. Do you know what is OEM all about?

The big company will source "CHEAP" price and ask the manufacturer to OEM for them under their brand. With their brand, they can sell at more expensive prices and from what you know, the factory might be the same. I always go to China factory.
