The weekend walk in the park

In our comfortable sports shoes, we had our nature walk around VH Green Nature Park last Saturday. It was a scorching warm morning so a lot of sunblock, hats and water needed.

You need to pay for your entry fee and other fees; namely horse ride and animal feed. We did not do the fishing activities.

Feeding the animals

The park

Aviary & around

Veggie farm & Herbs garden

Treehouse fun

Most parts of the park are still under construction and the farm and garden have just planted so not much vegetables and plants to see.

Hopefully the next time we come here (maybe in a year time!), everything should be running and ready.

So, goodbye to you, for now.

That is it! The weekend walk in the park. A mix of fun, learning and exercise!

Such a lovely place. I like that Volkswagen!

Nice to take the kids, let them see and touch and feed the animals, experience nature - kids these days all stuck to their electronic gadgets, missing out on so much in life.

My girl, at her age, would love to come here...though I can't say I know where it is, even with the map in the previous post. Dunno Kuching that well.

Nice and interesting place for the children. I would love to enjoy the plants section. That is a cute Ladybird (pink VW car)!

That's one nice park there and it's always great to bring the kids to be nearer to nature. It's been a while since I last brought my kids to the park due to Johor's new weekend. Probably during the holidays.

There's animals, plants and beautiful shades to rest the legs here. Nice place for a weekend retreat!

What a nice outing.. I like animals feeding the most.. I once fed a giant turtle with kangkung, and I wish I can feed him for longer time, hehe..
