What do you do when you could not get an eye shut at night? Or could not get back to sleep when you awake in middle of the night?
I been a light sleeper, have some trouble going back to sleep when I abruptly awake at night. Most of the times, I am able to go back to wleep after few minutes but lately I have some trouble in sleeping. Maybe some worries and concerns on certain stuff.
So, how do you put yourself back to sleep? What do you do?
Drink milk? I can't as I have milk intolerance.
Reading? I will be more alert once I start to read.
Watching tv? Nay, not fun watching alone.
Playing games? I quit few years ago.
Counting sheeps? I will wide-awake before I finish counting to 100!
For me, I drink! Yeap, wine. It works most of the times.
Just a few sip and I will feel light-headed and warmer to go to bed. I usually go with some chocolate bites with my wine. Okay, now you know why I gained weight lately. Due to late night's unhealthy snacking. *wink*
