New stalls

It is a lovely, windy Sunday evening. No cooking at home and after dropped my girl to her dinner date, we went to Pines Square to settle our dinner.

We went to this food court since it has been a while we came here.

There were new stalls that we haven't try before, so we decided to give them a try.

Chinese BBQ and Delicate Taiwan Teppanyaki.

I opted for a dish from the BBQ stall. And my choice was this crispy pork with steamed chicken and fried egg curry rice. RM10 for this plate. Taste wise, it was alright. Spicy, good enough to fill up my tummy.

Chicken chop noodle in mushroom sauce (RM11) from the Teppanyaki stall was boys' choice.  Not really a great dish. Meat rather bland, hardly marinated first hand, and the mushroom sauce didn't help at all.

Overall, not an enjoyable dinner. Not going to order again.

Good that you find the curry rice from the BBQ stall satisfying and able to fill up your tummy. Weather has been windy recently, though certain days it can still get quite warm at times.

The pork sounds pretty nice. Merry Christmas, Rose.

Ya, from your photos, the rice dish looks more appetising than the noodles dish.
