Our supper

I love to go to hawkers centre for local food. Cheaper and less commercialised. And that is where you could find good and tasty food.

On Saturday night we went to 3rd miles hawkers market (above the wet market) for supper. We were pretty hungry after our walk and fun in CityOne Mall.

My mum had kueh chap and boy! It looked and tasted good. RM4.50 for this regular bowl.

I were craving for some fried kuaw tiaw so here was my plate. It did looked plain but this is how I like my fried kuaw tiaw. A lot of bean sprouts and eggs. Not too oily but enough "wok hei".

Sis and dad each had the tomato kuaw tiaw from the same stall as my fried kuaw tiaw. Tasted nice too.

And I missed this sweet tong sui. It is called Laicikan. Very refreshing, sweet and cooling dessert.

We ordered the tong sui from this stall.

My kids also have few sticks of chicken satay and ketupat even after finished a big pretzels each in the mall prior to our supper. They must be ravenous after all those fun and walking!

And we went home feeling full and tired. A wonderful Saturday night.

What??? RM4.50 only? All those ingredients? So so so cheap. I had one that day - so-called special, RM7.00, so miserable, not really nice even. Blogpost on it coming soon...
