During this MCO

  1. I cook more than I have ever cook before!! Sometimes, it is more than 3 meals a day.
  2. I learnt new recipes and skills. I tasted new food during this time.
  3. Homeschooling the kids, and staying connected with school teachers and tuition teachers. This month, I learn about Zoom and Google Classroom!
  4. A long school holiday for the kids. From 1st term school holiday stretched till May (or maybe till mid-term school holiday!)
  5. First time using FoodPanda and Grab services to order food delivery
  6. Not only that, I learnt to use Boost e-wallet. Guess it is not too late to join in the cashless community right now.
  7. Our perspective on certain things in life change. We look at little things differently and don't take things too lightly.

More to add to the list but for now, I am happy to stay at home. A blessing to stay alive and stay healthy during this time.

  6. Yes to 1, 2, & 7. There is no need for me to use food delivery service because we can easily go to the restaurants and take away. I have only used TouchnGo e-wallet once. I don't mind staying home.

  7. I saved a lot of money for not driving my cars out. I also tidied my store room and garden. My wife cooked so often until she waved white flags! Hahaha

  8. Me too learnt new things and do things in a different way that I never thought of before. This is looking at the bright side and being positive.

  11. Just like yours #1&2, I tend to cook and learn lots of new recipes during this MCO. I hardly cook cause I don't into cooking but don't know why this MCO, I just can't sit still and keep finding things to do. My dad is very happy cause he can try different type of meals I cooked for him during this period. Last time, he kept forcing me to learn cooking from my mom but I was lazy to learn. Hahaha
