Meatballs in creamy sauce

Arthur gave me a pack of Graddsas sauce last month and finally I used it up last night. Once again, thank you Arthur.

I cooked spaghetti bolognese for dinner accompanied by my pork meatballs with graddsas sauce and baked potatoes.

Pork meatballs recipe is simple. Just mince pork, 2 cloves garlic, 1 small onion, salt and black pepper to taste and 1 tsp worcestershire sauce. Fridge for 2 hours before cover with cornflour and deep fry in a pan. As for the sauce, just add some cream and water with the packet sauce and voila!!

Don't ask me why my sauce is darker as compared to the picture of the packet. It taste great anyway.

I love the chuncky meatballs and coupled with the super delicious cream sauce, and I think I have put on more weight! Lol.

It has been a while I cooked Spaghetti and it tasted great.  Love my homecooked dinner. Next post, I will share my baked Australian white potatoes using flip pan with you. So stay tune!
