Hazy September in white blanket
Durian flowers were in season
My youngest Virgo boy was turning 2 in September
Celebrated Mid-Autumn with mooncakes, lanterns and...
...flying up a sky lantern. Think this would be our first and last time flying this lantern as it was prohibited to do so.
Standing tall
Rose, the haze over here is getting from bad to worse. I have not seen durian flowers before. Do they have any sweet fragrance?
ReplyDeleteYes. Mild sweet aroma.
DeleteThank God for blue sky today.
ReplyDeleteDurian flowers? Wow! xoxo
ReplyDeletenever had durian flowers before. I wonder how it taste like...sweet like the lily bulb?
ReplyDeleteYour boy sure is growing healthy there, hehe, cubit cubit :p
ReplyDeleteYour boy is adorable, Rose! Lovely photos...the haze looks so grey!
ReplyDeleteI like the photo of Jamie best of all the Sept photos. He is so cherub looking!
ReplyDeleteGood! Good! Don't play with those lanterns, a hazard to aircrafts...and the rampant littering. Really bad! Hmmmm....my favourite pic would be the one...with the durian flowers. Sorry, boy...you're No.2 . Hehehehehe!!!!!
ReplyDeleteWhen I was a kid, I look forward 2 things: playing lantern with real candle in the middle, and also "chu long peang" (pig cage biscuits - direct translation).. But this year, didn't manage to get any lanterns for the boys, huhuhu..
ReplyDeletenice pictures :D
ReplyDeleteIt is hazy too in KL even after few days of rain
It's a good thing they disallow to fly that sky lantern next year. I am not in favour of it too as they can make such a mess.
ReplyDeleteHaze, haze go away.
If i didn't remember wrongly, saw the durian flowers in STP blog before...
