Before we were leaving Damai on Sunday, we went to Buntal for lunch. As usual, our favourite afternoon lunch spot. Teo Seafood in Buntal.
We ordered our usual there. Hubby's favourite. Jelly fish with generous spread of pounded peanuts.
The special dish of the day was this herbal chicken. Very tasty and appetizing with mild herbs scent and taste.
This was my first time try its Cantonese stir fried noodle. I liked it but slightly salty for me. They fried the noodle first before cooked and added the other ingredients and gravy onto it.
On the other hand, this steamed cod fish got my approval. Nothing beats a good and fresh steamed fish with ginger and sour plum.
With full tummies, we headed home. Everyone was tired and by the time we reached home (before 3pm), everyone hit their beds within seconds. ^^
Looking at the dishes makes me hungry but it is only 5 pm! I love jelly fish with peanuts. The herbal chicken looks very delicious and yummy noodles and cod fish.
ReplyDeleteNo or chian, Kuching pizza...the oyster omelette??? We used to go all the way to Buntal just to eat that!
ReplyDeleteHave but I forgot to take the picture. Or rather the kids grab the o chien faster than I can take photo. Haha
