Under the sun @ Sunway Lagoon

On our 3rd day, we took LRT in Masjid Jamek to Kelana Jaya and from there, RapidKL bus to Sunway city for a day of fun in Sunway Lagoon. We let the kids experienced the public transportation. They enjoyed the train ride. Some more it was cheaper to use train and bus to go to Sunway than taxi.

It has been more than 15 years ago since I went to Sunway Lagoon. More activities and added attraction in there since then. And Sunway Lagoon goes cashless too.  Meaning you just need to top up a minimum RM50 to your waistband and you can use it to play or purchase anything in there.  They do not accept cash in there.  For those cash that you did not used up, you can claim refund once you are out from the lagoon.

We visited the Wildlife Park as well as the Amusement Park. I do not remember they have Wildlife Park in the past.

The kids more interested in the water park though so we spent the longest time there.

How happy was Jay here!!

Bungy jump on the suspension bridge anyone??

  3. Very good move to take public transport to Sunway Lagoon. I myself don't even know what bus number to take. So staying in town is very convenient due to the availability of mrt.

    2. Oh, I mean RM50 per person. So RM200++ is about RM50++ per person. Quite ok.

  7. Huh??? Not free kah? Last time, you pay entrance - not cheap...around RM100 and all the rides, swimming and everything...free. Genting, had to pay one by one. Of course if you played the games, you had to buy the tokens.

Anyway, I will never never never go near that place again...and those who read my blog would know why.

Now that you've let your kids try, they will bising...every holiday want to go. That was why, every year, we went - Genting...and Sunway...until the horrible incident there. Such a nightmare. My girl also would not want to go there every again...even now.
