Purple pops

Fortnight ago, we bought new popsicle mold from Mr D.I.Y.

To cool ourselves down under this hazy condition, I made us some Ribena popsicle. I had some mint leaves in the fridge, so I added 2 leaves on each popsicle mold.  Don't you like the beautiful purple pop!? Who could resist a cooling sweet icy treat?
