Bought a nice 1.5kg fruit cake from a customer for the Christmas. Look at the mixed dried fruit and nuts!! Yummy! It also mixed with good quality brandy, so it tastes really rich. Not only he bakes 6 cakes for us (me and other colleagues) he also include recipe for us to try. Great looking cake but unfortunately I'm not into fruit cakes, chocolate cake on the other hand is a totally different matter ... hehehe ...
